With another busy summer behind us we are now been keeping ourselves occupied with two much neeeded building projects, a cellar and kitchen extension. The kitchen extension to the front of the pub will not only give us an increased food preparation area, but will also give us a much needed addition, a dishwasher!!
Our apprentice Dwayne has completed his NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery and joins Pascal and Matt in the kitchen full time.
The Good Pub Guide 2018 has now been published and we are delighted to have been selected as a main entry.
Also for those who don't already know we have taken over The Bell Inn, Middleton. Where we have been busy transforming the tired interior, table bookings can be made in the restaurant by calling direct to The Bell on 01728 648286.
